Monaco F1 Grand Prix 2010 - Terms & Conditions

• This promotion (Monaco 2010 Competition) is brought to you by PlayHugeLottos.com and is open to all those players registered onPlayHugeLottos.com (or their associated sites) that have made at least a single deposit of 40 UK Pounds (50 Euros / 60 US Dollars) into their account during the promotional period.
• The Prize is a VIP trip for two to Monaco including hotel accommodation, Grand Prix tickets, transport and air fares.
• The Promotional Period is between 15 February 2010 - 15th April 2010
• The Prize Draw will take place on the 16th of April 2010

The Minimum Qualification Requirement are as follows, a Player must:

• Register at www.PlayHugeLottos.com and make a single deposit of a minimum of £40 or €50 or $60.
• Once a Player has met the Minimum Qualification Requirements he or she will be entered into the Prize Draw.
• Players are only permitted to win one Prize during the Promotion.

• The Prize winners will be notified via telephone within 2 (two) days of the Prize Draw.
• The Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
• Should a Designated Winner not confirm his Prize within 2 (two) hours of telephone notification envisaged above, the Designated Winner shall forfeit any right to claim the Prize. A new winner shall thereafter be chosen and notified of such fact within 2 (two) days of a new Prize Draw. The new Designated Winner shall have 2 (two) hours following the phone call envisaged above to claim the Prize failing which the new Designated Winner shall forfeit any right to claim a Prize. The Prize Draw process shall continue at similar intervals and subject to the same terms and conditions until a new winner claims the Prize.
• PlayHugeLottos.com management's determination of the Designated Winners shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.
• The Designated Winners hereby agree that their first names may be used in any publicity material by PlayHugeLottos.com.
• The Designated Winners also agree that models may be used to represent them in any publicity material by the PlayHugeLottos.com
• Employees of PlayHugeLottos.com its proprietor and agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
• The standard terms and conditions of PlayHugeLottos.com apply to this Promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the PlayHugeLottos.com standard terms and conditions, these Promotion specific terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other instances these Promotion specific terms and conditions are complimentary and additional toPlayHugeLottos.com's standard terms and conditions.
• All PlayHugeLottos.com offers are subject to ongoing review. PlayHugeLottos.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice to you.
• The Prize shall be delivered to the Designated Winner "as is". Neither PlayHugeLottos.com nor its proprietors or their associated companies or agents warrant or hold out that the Prize is or shall be of merchantable quality or fit for the purposes for which it is intended.
• The Prize will include [transportation tickets, airport and port taxes, accommodation (on a bed and breakfast basis), transfers to and from the airport for the Designated Winner and his or her chosen travel partner, as well as spending money collectively up to the specified maximum Prize value but excludes anything not expressly included, the costs for travel documents (e.g. passports), visas, inoculations and travel and health insurance.
• Neither PlayHugeLottos.com nor its proprietors or their associated companies or agents are or shall be liable to the Designated Winner, his/ her family members, the Designated Winner's chosen travel partner or third parties for any damage, damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), injury, death, loss or costs for or from any cause whatever and however arising as a result of the Prize, participation therein by the Designated Winner, his/ her chosen travel partner or any third party or the use thereof.
• The use of Prize's trade name, references to this product and any graphic depiction of it are intended solely as a description of the Prize.
